-
Please email "core-education@czc.org" with any questions or concerns
-
After each class, a report of what the students learned and homework for the following class will be reported to parents via email, telegram, etc. per each teacher’s preference

An instructional book will be available for purchase in person
-
Homework is at each teacher’s discretion
-
At the teacher’s discretion, a time will be set aside to practice speaking Farsi
-
If a student misses 3 classes during the school year, they will be dropped from the class unless otherwise decided by the teacher
-
A test prepared in collaboration with all teachers will be given on the last day. Only upon passing can the student continue to the next grade the following school year. If a student doesn't pass, they will have another chance to retake the test one week after. If the student fails again, then they will need to take the placement evaluation at the beginning of the following school year to be placed in the appropriate Persian Language level. Upon passing, students will receive a certificate of completion for that level

A passing grade is 70% (14 points out of 20 points)
-
At the graduation ceremony, students who passed will be given a certificate of completion. Those who need to retake the test at the time of registration the following school year will be given a certificate of attendance
-
New students will only be accepted on the 1st and 2nd days of classes unless approved by the teacher
