Activities:
meet and greet.
Chair Yoga: Consider joining the chair yoga session led by Nastaran Dehmoobed-Banki.
Participate in ESL Classes, conducted by Shereen-Kom Bastani.
Play games such as Bino (Bingo).
Enjoy Food and Drinks: The event will serve tea, coffee, soft drinks, and provide a light lunch from Bombay Coast Restaurant. Be prepared to make a donation to cover the cost of food and drinks. Your contributions will help support and continue such events.
Engage and Connect.
Bring Friends and Family: If you have friends or family who might be interested in the event, invite them along. It's an excellent opportunity to introduce others to your community and culture.

رویداد بعدی برای شما برنامه‌ریزی شده است تاریخ: ۱۴ اکتبر مکان: ساختمان رستم گیو گردهمایی برای خانواده ها در تاریخ ۱۴ اکتبر در مرکز زرتشتیان کالیفرنیا-سن دیگو در ساختمان ارباب رستم گیو برگزار می گردد. در این روز یوگا به سرپرستی .بانو نسترن دهموبد-بانکی همراه با اموزش زبان انگلیسی و بازی گروهی بینگو برگزار می گردد پذیرایی چای و قهوه و شیرینی بصورت رایگان میباشد. همچنین با دهش نیکوکارانه خود، مرکز را در پذیرایی ناهار و نوشیدنی فراهم شده از رستوران بمبی کوست یاری فرمایید. از شما درخواست می کنیم به دوستان خود برگزاری این برنامه را اگاهی رسانی کنید تا بتوانیم با یکدیگر بیشتر اشنا شویم .برای ادامه و بهبود برگزاری این برنامه ها نیاز به مشارکت و دهش شما نیک اندیشان داریم
