MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY AND DEMANDING JUSTICE FOR MOBED ARASH KASRAVI

We, the leaders of the California Zoroastrian Center and our members are shocked and deeply saddened to hear of the murder of Mobed Arash Kasravi during his stay in Iran. Mobed Kasravi, a Zoroastrian priest and a beloved member of the Zoroastrian community had traveled to Iran in order to tend to legal matters related to his family inheritance after the recent passing of his beloved father.
The murder of Mobed Kasravi has horrified our community and has left us mystified with many questions about the circumstances surrounding his case. We vehemently condemn this heinous crime and call upon the local authorities to open a serious investigation and uncover the facts behind this unspeakable crime. We demand that Iranian authorities identify and bring the killer(s) of Mobed Arash Kasravi and of his two friends to justice swiftly in an open, public, and unbiased trial.
Our Zoroastrian community in California stands united and strong in solidarity with the Kasravi family, our co-religionists in Iran and Zoroastrians across the globe in support of justice.
We wish peace upon Mobed Arash’s soul (Urvan) and pray for his eternal tranquility in the House-of-Song (Garothman) as he joins the righteous men and women in the hereafter. Mobed Arash Kasravi was an honorable and righteous man, who selflessly served his community and was wholeheartedly committed to the Good Religion and to spreading goodness, love, and peace to his fellow human beings.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all Zoroastrians.

مرکز زرتشتیان کالیفرنیا یکی از موبدان سختکوش و دانشور خود را از دست داد.
موبد آرش کسروی نزدیک به یک سال پیش به دنبال درگذشت پدرش روانشاد داریوش کسروی به ایران بازگشت و برای انجام کارهای انحصار وراثت در زادگاهش کرمان سکونت گرفت.
موبد آرش کسروی در میانه دادخواهی های خود، توسط فرد یا افرادی به همراه دو تن از دوستانش به قتل می رسد. این جنایت دردی جانکاه را به جامعه زرتشتیان جهان و تمامی عدالت خواهان منتقل نمود.
مرکز زرتشتیان کالیفرنیا و جامعه زرتشتیان آمریکا خواهان پیدا شدن عوامل این جنایت هولناک می باشد و از همه دست اندرکاران درخواست می نماید پیگیر این اتفاق ناخوشایند که برای همه همکیشان و هموندان در سراسر جهان بسیار ناگوار است، باشند و جنایتکاران را دادگاهی و به کیفر کردار بد خود برسانند.
مرکز زرتشتیان کالیفرنیا خواستار آن است که تمام زرتشتیان از حقوق برابر و به دور از تفاوت دین، همچون اکثریت مردم ایران در سرزمینی که ریشه در آن دارند برخوردار باشند.
یادآوری می نماییم که طبق آموزه های اَشو زرتشت سکوت در برابر بیدادگری نکوهش شده و ما در پی داد و دادگستری هستیم.
برای روان موبد آرش کسروی آرامش و برای خانواده آن روانشاد و همگان دیرزیوی همراه با تندرستی آرزومندیم.
