Special General Meeting

Dear CZC members: Please join us for the Special General Meeting scheduled on Sunday, June 12th, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. We are grateful and pleased that so many of our members want to see the proposed building in San Diego and look forward to members' perspectives on the site.

Due to maintaining the formal legalities of our Bylaws, the BOT would like to clarify that the Special Meeting that will be held on Sunday, June 12th, 2022, at 2 P.M. will formally be held at the California Zoroastrian Center's principal executive office in Orange County and in both Los Angeles, and San Diego localities. However, the BOT members will be appearing at the San Diego prospective property to conduct the meeting remotely from that location.

Note: No Zoom meeting

If more than 50% of the members do not attend on this date, then according to the CZC bylaws, another meeting will be held simultaneously on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 2:00 PM at the Orange County Center in Westminster, as well as at the prospective property located at 1721 Hornblend Street, San Diego, CA 92109.

The purpose of this special General Assembly is to share our excitement in informing you and obtaining the majority of active member's approval, to proceed with the purchase, financing, and acquisition of the property located at; 1721 Hornblend Street, San Diego, CA 92109.
