Dear CZC members,

The Board of Trustees is pleased to inform you that according to Article VII, Section 3 of the CZC By-Laws, a General Assembly meeting was conducted on Saturday, June 25th, 2022.

A majority vote was received in favor of purchasing the building located at 1721 Hornblend Street, San Diego, CA 92109.

Our intention is to respect the will of the majority of voters and continue our effort to successfully complete the transaction in a timely manner. Now that we have the authority to move forward with the acquisition, we need your support more than ever. Our goal is to raise the down payment prior to the close of escrow. The Fund-raising Committee, consisting of several members residing in San Diego County, Orange County, and Los Angeles County, has begun a progressive and aggressive fundraising campaign. If you have not already been contacted by the Committee, and wish to make a monetary contribution, please contact the Center for a list of names to contact, or contact Mr.Farhad Kermani (858) 449-6504.
